EIFL in Palestine

EIFL has been working in Palestinian since 2005. We supported the creation of the Palestinian Library and Information Consortium (PALICO, uniting libraries in both West Bank and Gaza), and through this partnership, libraries in Palestine are providing access to a wide range of scholarly e-resources.

In Palestine, EIFL supported the first national open access awareness raising workshop. EIFL also advocated for revisions to the copyright law to enable libraries to better meet the needs of their end users.
