http://tel.archives-ouvertes.fr/ TEL is a collection of multidisciplinary French Ph.D. theses. It provides English and French keywords and abstracts though the title and text of the theses are in French. Full text of most of the theses is available for online display and download.
TEL is OAI-PMH compliant and is the result of a partnership of CCSD (Centre pour la Communication Scientifique Directe) and Cellule MathDoc in France. To date, more than 13,000 documents have been uploaded.
